Refund Policy

  • Zeisa's Haircare cannot issue refunds for orders that have been shipped. If your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel, we recommend submitting a cancellation request immediately. We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. Contact to submit your request.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Zeisa's Haircare will not return items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. 
  • Zeisa's Haircare will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged or otherwise impacted by circumstances outside of the customer’s control. Contact to report damaged or missing items. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.
  • We do not accept returns.
