Refund Policy


  • Zeisa's Haircare cannot issue refunds for orders that have been shipped. If your order has not shipped and you wish to cancel, we recommend submitting a cancellation request immediately. We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. Contact zeisahaircare@gmail.com to submit your request.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Zeisa's Haircare will not return items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. 
  • Zeisa's Haircare will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged or otherwise impacted by circumstances outside of the customer’s control. Contact zeisahaircare@gmail.com to report damaged or missing items. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.
  • We do not accept returns.
